How long have you been in business?
I have been in the care enviroment for 7 years however i am becoming self employed as of 5th April 2021
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I will expect the client to provide / have everything they need initially
What do you love most about your job?
I feel my job is very rewarding, its lovely to see the client and family happy and able to do what/ when they want with my assistance
What inspired you to start your own business?
After the care company i worked for was given a bad report by CQC
Why should our clients choose you?
I am professional, reliable and i absolutely love what i do. I feel the client becomes part of the family and think its important to respect and treat them as i would want my grandparents to be treated.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Full PPE , up to date covid injections ( next one due 02/04/2021) weekly covid tests
