If I could given these guys 10 stars I would!They literally saved the day as we were badly let down half way through moving house when another removal company ( from small ads) let us down. They stepped in and went more than the extra mile, with nothing being too much trouble and presented themselves as professional, trustworthy, cheerful, and helpful throughout - they took all the pressure off a day that was turning into a nightmare before they even arrived.A house move is up there with one of life's most stressful events and so I cannot tell you how grateful and appreciative we were that we actually found Marcus and Rob that day, being at our lowest point at 2.00pm with half the house moved and the rest of furniture stuck back at the old house!They could see how stressed we were and just got on with the job, removing all the pressure from us for which we will be eternally grateful. I cannot recommend this company highly enough following our recent house move. The price quoted was competitive and included VAT and the provision of boxes etc. Marcus went out of his way to accommodate us when the completion date changed, carrying out the move over 2 days in scorching hot weather, the whole team were hardworking, polite and friendly and took great care of our belongings, should we ever move house again I would not hesitate to use MPG.....thank you all for such a fantastic service!! I used MPG to assemble 4 large pieces of furniture from Ikea. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked really hard to complete within the timeframe quoted. The price was very reasonable too.
