I popped in on Saturday to get 2 mini dv cassettes transferred on to DVD and was quoted a few days until they would be ready, which was fine. I received a phone call later the same day to let me know that the DVDs were ready for collection. I was very happy and able to collect the dvds the very same day within a couple of hours. Had an issue with my TV. Phoned their shop and was given a phone call back within a couple of hours. Call out to my home arranged for the next day. Engineer could not fix it in the house. Took it away to the workshop. Called me a couple of days later and gave me all the options and costs. TV was repaired and returned to me the next week. We went to moving pictures a couple of weeks before Christmas to have some old cine reels converted to dvd. I mentioned that I needed the tapes as soon as possible because I wanted to give the dvd copy as a gift for Christmas. Even though December is their busiest time of year and converting cine reels is more difficult than most other formats, they managed to get the tapes done in less than a week and for a reasonable price too!
