About

My name is Harvey and I am the Managing Director for Mount Lloyd. I initially started doing social media marketing for my cousin brothers estate agents. I am very pragmatic and objective, and although I had a real interest in marketing, my goal really was to increase revenue.

Q&As

Increasing revenue for my clients, and the satisfaction from that! Also the relationships I develop with my clients. Every month I schedule to meet them face to face for a coffee or lunch (paid by me) so that I can further develop the relationship. Oh by the way, all my clients trust me because I have no upsell! I give my clients everything.

I initially started doing social media marketing for my cousin brothers estate agents. I am very pragmatic and objective, and although I had a real interest in marketing, my goal really was to increase revenue... a lot of the nice graphs about engagement and likes were great and in 3 months we increased revenues through digital by 120%

No upsell on our services, 100% commitment, someone you can trust doing business with, real focus on results (I can easily show you great graphs and statistics), pragmatic and objective led. We work in partnership, we don't want you to see us as a service provider!

Our objective here is to move our
prospective customers from cold to warm or
hot.
Video views allows us to build a massive
audience of prospective patients watching
3 S, 50% or more, 75% or more of our
video.
Traffic objective allows us to track pixel info
on our prospective patients visiting landing
page, and attempt to convert them later
on.
Post engagement objectives allows us to
build audiences of people who are
interested and engaging with our content
taking a user from cold to warm (likes,
comments, shares).
How do we find Warm audiences?
We find them from our first initial
campaigns (video views). We leverage this
and find these groups of people from the
data we gather from our cold audience
campaigns. We can reach people who have
watched over 50% of our video. These
users are very likely to be interested in the
product/service offering vs the audience of
people watching 3 seconds or not at all
(cold)
How do we create Hot audience?
Difference is level of intent compared to
warm audiences. These are groups of
people who have already engaged with
us/watched a webinar, dwelled on our page
for a certain amount of time or have visited
specific pages of our site that show strong
buying intent.
