We were dealing with Gemma who was absolutely fantastic, took care of everything from start to finish, made it so easy and simple and took the stress out of applying for the mortgage and also the life insurance. Also liased with the estate agent keeping them updated and advised with other aspects of house moving such as Help to Buy redemption on the house we were selling.
