What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to buy their dream home. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I take lateral flow tests twice per week to ensure that I am not subjecting my clients to the risk of Covid and offer online appointments, if my clients would prefer.

Remortgage
Thinking about remortgaging? Need to raise some extra cash for home improvements? Putting the kids through university? Consolidating existing debts? Buying a new car? Having that once in a lifetime holiday?
Today is a great time to release money from your property to pay for those things that you have been putting off!
There are, however, numerous things to consider, firstly will you be eligible? With many lenders stipulating that their minimum loan amount is £25,000, once that hurdle is passed, we then need to look at where you are employed or self-employed? It is essential, to choose the right mortgage if you wish to purchase a property as a ‘Buy To Let’ as it is a fraudulent act not to notify the lender that you are buying for letting purposes rather than for residential use.
