We are first time buyers and somehow have reached nearly 30 with absolutely no idea about what it takes to buy a house - let alone arrange a mortgage. Abi went through the process step by step with us, answering every question so patiently and clearly. She made us feel so at ease to ask all the “silly” questions we needed to and made sure we fully understood every step. We are moving from Bristol to Sheffield so everything had to be done over the phone and email but she was so accommodating. I honestly cannot recommend her enough. The price was competitive and worth every penny of the £199 we paid to feel that confidence and reassurance of having someone walk us through the process.
