Rob has been absolutely brilliant, as first time buyers sorting out a mortgage was a very scary thought, but I would recommend him to anyone, he sat with us and discussed the whole mortgage application and I had MANY questions, Rob answered them all and helped make sence of it all for me, he spoke to the estate agents and lender for us, nothing was too much trouble, thanks again Rob, Sara and Neil

We used Lee at the Crewe branch after we had attempted to apply for a mortgage ourselves, he took all of the stress out of it and explained reasons why we should and shouldn’t go with certain mortgage providers. I'm so pleased we used The Mortgage Advice Bureau. Their help was invaluable to us during the process of buying our house.

Lee Wright arranged a remortgage for me and at the time he recommended that I take out critical illness insurance cover. I took his advice at the time not thinking that I would ever need it. How wrong was l, a few years later out of the blue I had a stroke, but the insurance cover that Lee had recommended paid my mortgage off so I didn't have to worry that I would lose my home. The whole process of mortgage applications can be very overwhelmingly causing stress, pressures, anxiety and a reaction that of similar discomforts to going to the dentist!
but with Lee we found our mortgage application a complete delight! �
When it came to discussing our opinions regarding which mortgage was best for us we didn't realise that other things should be taken into consideration like life insurance & mortgage protection so as you can imagine again it felt very overwhelming! But lee explained in simple terms what was needed at each stage of the appication and any documentation that would be needed.
It was also reasurring that lee liased with all relevant people including the bank, solicitors, estate agents & inurance companies. We finished off by collecting the keys from the to our new house and raised a glass of wine to Lee for all his professional services.
