EDIT 09/03/24 This man has now threatened my husband and I with legal action, for leaving honest reviews on Google. I want to make something very clear: 1) we came to this man for advice on WHEN we should go ahead with ILR 2) we do not blame this man for the HO decision but we do blame him for giving us incorrect advice 3) we believe he gave incorrect advice because a. He didn't listen b. He didn't read previous HO letters c. He didn't read follow up email correspondence 4) we are now in financial hardship because of this man's incorrect advice.. and now you want to threaten us with "legal action".. how cruel indeed! 5) we have not threatened this man we anything, we have written honest and truthful Google reviews of our opinions on the service we received. This is our right to do so 6) we have told this man to stop contacting us. We will make a record and screenshots of all further attempts to contact us and will pursue if needed as this is now harassment on his part. 7) this man has lots of 4/5 star reviews and only a couple of lower star reviews. I don't see how one or 2 bad reviews will "affect his business" but this is the risk you take with Google reviews. As-salamu alaykum and Ramadan Kareem! Original post: DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN FOR ANY COMPLICATED VISA ISSUES. He does not read previous paperwork (HO letters etc), he does not listen to you and will then blame you for his mistakes. Expect phone calls late in the evening, messages where you will be blamed again, and worst of all, he will use religion to tell you not to be angry. My husband and I are angry as we wasted over £2k in paying this man for advice on my husband's ILR. I pray to Allah that he will be forgiven for taking peoples money and not doing his job properly. Constantly blaming my husband, or the HO, instead of just putting his hands up and saying SORRY IT'S MY MISTAKE. He also stated that he "can't remember every client's case", well if that's the case then you are taking on too many cases to be able to do your job with the utmost care and attention that you are being paid for!
