What do you love most about your job?
I love to witness the transformation in people. So many people have amazing stories and have lived through complex and painful events. Each person is incredibly unique - I love to find the spark, the strength or the catalyst in each person which will enable them to find the energy for the transformational journey. I love to stand back and witness their strength rising, their creativity being sparked, and their lives changing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a pioneer and I love to learn, to dig deeper and to create new ways to support people. Working as a coach and consultant allows me to pursue the things that mean the most to me, to learn about supporting people from many different avenues, and allows me to support people in the way that makes the most sense for them. Whether this is online, in a coffee shop, at their church or whatever makes sense - I love the flexibility and power of being able to work within the real flow of life.

I am a mature and professional provider with many years of experience and training. Registered with International Bodies, my experience spans 3 decades and across multiple countries and people groups. I am comfortable working across culture and age groups, and have worked with all types of people. From children, to homeless people, to politicians, families and executives - at the core of each of these is the same fundamental needs and desires that are addressed in my model of transformation

Life Coaching
For those who are stuck, in crisis, or needing direction and support, Life Coaching is an invaluable way to find your way.
I suggest a series of 6 sessions, in which I will help you to identify your key roadblocks and challenges, and help you figure out the core reasons that you are in the place you find yourself. Once we have explored this, we will work together to paint a new picture of how you would like your life to move forward, and then we will create some concrete steps towards getting you there.
Life Coaching is so powerful as it does not leave you where you started. It empowers you with tools to really make the changes you find so difficult to do.
Executive Coaching
Using a simple yet profoundly useful REST Model, I work with Corporates, Executives and Workplace teams to build relationships and environments that are respectful, that build relational capital, and that move from fear based work flows to spaces where authentic connection drives productivity.
I work first with leaders, and then engage with teams for maximum effect. I am also able to develop REST Champions within the workplace to ensure that the model and skills are transferred and sustained beyond my involvement with the company
Positive Parenting Workshops
I work with Fathers and Mothers in groups or individually, to provide them with some tools and insights that can radically transform the way that families engage with each other.
The Positive Parenting Workshops can be offered to church groups or circles of friends who need support, who want to reduce the stress and conflict, or who just want to ensure better outcomes for their kids
