Moni is amazing. She's really patient, kind, friendly, professional, personable and encouraging. She is also willing to adapt as necessary to my needs based on my autism, mental health struggles and physical health differences. I have always suffered with back and knee problems, and after trying to work with a few different personal trainers (unsucessfully), I was ready to give up on the idea of having a PT. But I'm glad I didn't! Moni listened to me and fully understood my needs and goals. She has created workouts for me to help prevent knee and back pain, and she is very aware at the pace I need to work at for long term success. I’ve been training with Moni for 6 months. Never did I think I would stick at it but I look forward to our sessions every week. She’s got me doing exercises and weights I never thought I could do and I have really noticed a change in my body and especially my posture. It's of upmost importance. One cannot emphasise it enough: optimal performance is made of 70% diet and 30% training.

By assisting them in setting SMART goals and supporting them throughout to achieve and sustain those goals.

Firstly, the dreams should be realistically achievable. Secondly, I don't think there's a big secret about it. Persistent training, healthy diet, sufficient sleep and disciplined mindset will perfectly cut it.

I am delighted to see clients' progress and their happiness about their results, and how they grow to love training and being healthy. It does feel as if I'm making a difference. Training people also motivates me to remain active and inspirational, to "walk the talk".

I have landed in the PT world from a totally different business field - I have worked as an Interpreter & Translator for over 20 years. What made me consider this career change at this relatively later phase of life are the sedentary lifestyle that comes with hours-long sitting in a courtroom, police station, law firm etc. and the missing opportunity to really make a difference in people's lives. I was also quite ill with severe sciatica in 2019 and it was a real eye-opening experience: the shocking pain made me realise the importance of being active and healthy. So, I started working out and not only the sciatica has left me, but I noticed an amazing transformation of my body, which I had never thought would be possible! Seeing my result, my neighbour asked me to train her (she was postnatal at the time) and she's been my happy client ever since. All the above have inspired me to study to complete the Lever 3 Personal Trainer course of NASM Premier Global (a worldwide-renown company that teaches trainers) and a Level 4 course for Senior Training last year as well as a Yoga Instructor course earlier this year.

I am not a fitness model or an athlete. I am a happy, healthy and active 50 years old woman. I have gone through childbirth x4, stress, trauma, accident, obesity, being sedentary and illness (see above). Thus, I can highly relate to and empathise with your struggles if you have experienced any of these or other things that might have hindered you from being fit and healthy. My strengths, I feel, are being empathetic yet persistent, kind but a bit strict to hold you accountable, and contagiously happy and upbeat to make the process enjoyable!

Yes, I can provide training and consultation via WhatsApp, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

I did not have to "make changes" as I started this business just last year. All the equipment provided during the session is wiped down with disinfectant prior to and after the session. I also provide hand sanitiser to use it whenever you feel the need for it.
I would not advise you to train in a mask but will ask you to carry out an LFT and I will do the same prior to the first session or if you are going to restart training after a recent infection.
