Samsung s6 edgeTook my water damaged phone to imfixed and asked if it was possible to repair. The mobi4u team managed my expectations very well and I knew that it was not certain that they could fix it for me. They kept me informed throughout the process and requested for approval to proceed when it transpired that the back cover may crack upon removal. Very good customer service. Unfortunately the phone was too damaged to fix but they explained the details and were very helpful throughout. The diagnostic price of £20 is worth it knowing that the phone was in safe hands. Impressed!My phone had been playing up intermittently for 6 months I took it to imfixed expecting them to say either nothing could be done or it to be very expensive to repair and to be without my phone for weeks. I dropped my phone which is more or less my baby! Panicked as I had only had my phone a few months. A new Samsung edge 7. Rang around and asked friends . Tried local shops. In the end found imfixed on Google, within a couple of hours my broken glass screen was fixed with cheerful faces. Customer service was brilliant. I visited imfixed for a replacement screen on my Samsung s6. In total it took about 5 days for diagnosis and repair. On collection of the phone, staff on the till checked my phone and found that my back-up key was not working and reported it to the engineer. The engineer said that she had forgotten to test the phone, and instructed me to restart the phone first and the button should return back to normal.. and if I have any further problems with it, return it. The staff are so professional, and I got my phone screen replaced within an hour despite that the previous engineer forgot to update her records of repair. I left the store feeling a 100% satisfied. All garages were closed and I wanted ace recovery to drop my car at home and pick it up the next day but he advised me to leave it until the morning in order to save some money. fast and efficient service !
I used ace recovery to recover my car to my house, after I badly damaged the steering and front suspension in an encounter with the curb.
I used the online quote form as it was a non urgent job, and was quoted a very reasonable price. The driver was friendly and professional and knew what he was doing.
Haven't used any other part of the business but I'm 100% satisfied with their recovery service and would highly recommend to anyone.

We called Ace in a panic late Friday afternoon as our daughters car needed recovering urgently from Bolton to Manchester.
