MO Management

I have never had a worse experience than I had dealing with Mo Management. They were found to be unhelpful, rude and untrustworthy. I battled for six months with them to try and win my money back that was taken by them ( due to an error on their part). They then refused to return to me calling me a liar and accusing me of all sorts. I was forced to take this to the Property Ombudsman and due to overwhelming evidence submitted by myself proving I was telling the truth( and had been since the start) it was ordered that they not only pay me my money back but compensation also for the stress and upset caused by the whole situation ( which left me and my daughter homeless).
I never wish to have any dealings with these sorts of people again.
After denying their error for six months and point blank refusing to give me my money back I was then sent a half hearted apology saying that they agreed with the Property Ombudsmans decision to award me my money and compensation.
My question would be if you agreed with them why did you brand me a liar for six months?
Avoid them at all costs.

Would highly recommend. We had a stressful time moving from military quarters and after hearing some bad experiences from friends about their experiences with letting agents it made me a little anxious but from the moment we met Chris he made us feel at ease and I knew we were in safe hands and he has been great with anything we need
