Mo is an inspirational athlete!! He loves what he does and tailors you personal training sessions to your needs.
I have been training with Mo for 5 months and have seen such fantastic results, not only in my physique but also my stamina and endurance.
The training sessions are great fun and you’ll never know what is coming up in your next session, but what you do know is that you’ll burn calories, your muscles will burn and ache and you’ll feel great!!!!
Can’t recommend Mo highly enough at what he does.

Mo is an excellent personal trainer. He knows what his clients strengths and weaknesses are and aims to build clients at their own pace. I have been having pt for over a year now and I can see a huge difference in my appearance and strength. Mo motivates and pushes me even when I feel like giving up! Mo is a fantastic PT! He always goes the extra mile to help and motivate you.
