We appointed MM Architectural Services Ltd, to try and obtain planning permission for 6 No. houses on a piece of land, we had purchased on the Wirral. After meeting Mike and seeing some of his work we where confident to move forward with the proposed scheme.

Mike produced a very detailed drawing package and guided us throughout the process from start to finish and successfully obtained planning permission.

Following this we appointed Mike to produce a construction pack of drawings, which was exceptionally detailed and was also highlighted by our contractor, as the most comprehensive drawing pack they had seen.

Mike Mathews was recommended to us when we decided to have an unusual designed extension to our bungalow. Mike produced our drawings for the full conversion of an agricultural brick barn into our house (including extensions to the side and rear). I don’t usually do reviews however on this occasion I have to say how amazing Mike is, he not only done the most brilliant detailed drawings that I totally understood due to his patience & kindness he gave us the confidence to commence our loft conversion , all our plans have been passed with flying colours whereas our neighbours are still not approved, he has talked us through every step , answered every query instantly that we had , helped us with builders, prices and all building regs. Nothing is too much trouble.
We would not have gone ahead with our extension if we had not have had Mike, he is a top guy.

Mike communicated well before, during and after services provided for floor planning for change of use survey. He answered question with knowledgeable response and added recommendations. He also stuck to original quote even though the job was bigger than he first anticipated which is fortunate for me.
