I was initially told I would not need to organise professional end of tenancy cleaning and then my letting agents changed their minds leaving me with a huge quote and little notice to organise my own quotes. Miranda got in touch with a reasonable quote and went out of her way to fit me in before I had to give the keys back. She was unavoidably late due to an accident causing traffic delays and kept me informed of her whereabouts. She lovely and friendly and worked hard to get the house as clean as possible (it wasn't cleaned when I moved in and despite my best efforts there was mould as well as cat smell) some damage occurred to the oven due to a loose part and she gave me a discount. Miranda and her assistant cleaned and freshened the house so I'm hopeful of recovering at least most of my deposit. Thank you! More...
