Absolute top bloke. Did my job of moving me from my 2 bed house to my new 3 bed. Asked if he recommended any carpet company as my carpets were a bit worse for wear. He told me I didn’t need new ones he could clean them back to almost brand new and boy he did a fabulous job. My carpets are so lovely I didn’t realise how great they could come up, now I don’t need to go out and re carpet my house. I have kept his number in my phone book and will certainly be calling him in the future. Noel did a carpet clean for me in living room and 2 bedrooms along with a stairs. He stepped in at the last minute as someone let me down.

Beware. Very unreliable. MK Vans offer a carpet cleaning service.In January, Noel looked at a plant-based stain on our carpet and said he could remove it. It didn't come out. He said that it would fade out after 3 or 4 days, but if not, to call him back. It didn't fade. We tried to call him but there was no response to our messages. Eventually, we made contact. He then promised to come on 4 separate occasions. One of us stayed in each time, but he didn't turn up. We remained polite, but it was clear that he had no intention of completing the job. Needed a man and van APAP as was let down by who I originally booked.

I found Noel, very quick responses, was able to fit me in at very short notice, was quite bitter sweet my first man and van let me down as Noel was actually cheaper, and just an overall lovely, outgoing guy!

Noel is a lovely, down to earth professional who is EXCEPTIONALLY kind. He did an absolutely outstanding job ......at ridiculously short notice! !

At no point did he complain about the time the job took. He would not be rushed as he wanted to do a good job & not cause any damage to my furniture or property!!

In addition, he even offered to load more items onto his van, as he stated that there was still space in his van....rather than seeing me doing extra trips to the storage unit on my own!!
