MJ Home Renovation... Milan started our project from scratch...
I know Milan from an Online search. And it was risky to take a contract from him to convert my garage into the kitchen. It was a matter of TRUST between Milan and me since I don’t know him.
So, we had a contract and paid 50% of the labour cost. We work away from home and leave the house key to Milan without hesitation. Every time we come back home from work, he surprisingly did something new, which was GREAT!
The kitchen has been done - so we continue the project to the next room which is the dining and lounge. - EXCELLENT JOB (if you rate 1 - 10 it will be 10+) ... He transforms our old dining area into a Lounge/dining room. It looks like a new build house.
Then- we ask him to proceed to Hallway, Guest room, stairs, and Landing.
And even, change our Front door into a Mahogany Solid wood front door - which looks impressive. The Oak stairs and Landing looks modern...
I HIGHLY recommend MJ House Renovation without hesitation. In fact, there are 3 - 4 work jobs waiting after me just by word of mouth.

As a first time buyer, I was apprehensive about renovating my new house. MJ Home Renovations have been there every step of the way making the whole process of renovation as smooth as possible. I am impressed by the quality of work and the dedication shown. It was a breeze to discuss the requirements irrespective of their complexity with some great suggestions offered.

The renovation included:
- remodelled the family and en-suite bathrooms with shower conversion, full tiling and fitting.
- updated layouts of the utility room and under the stairs.
- installed engineered wood with underlay and skirting boards throughout the house; special mention to the installation on the staircase which has turned out to be a real highlight.
- reinforced walls for installation of large TVs.
- plastering and painting of interior walls, ceilings and doors; a seamless finish throughout.
- several other small tasks in and around the house, impeccably performed; you just have to ask.
