What information do you need from a client before you start work?
The job specification - if its a print job - the paper weight and finish, the size, colour or b&w print, one or two sides, if any folds and crease, the flat and finished size. Also whether the client has print ready artwork in digital form or not. Or if they would like us to do the digital artwork prior to print.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
We do all things printed, typical jobs include:- business cards, flyers, leaflets, letterheads, compliment slips, brochures, envelopes, folders, pads. posters etc. We also offer:- graphic design, promotional goods, large format, signage, work wear. We are a one stop shop when it comes to your marketing requirements.
Describe your creative process.
We offer an initial quotation. If accepted we take a 50% deposit. We would meet up or discuss with the client their needs/ideas in order to paint a full picture of what is required. We will review their current branding if we are to blend in with an existing style. We will then create an initial draft which will go to proof stage. Any amendments that arise from the initial proof will be undertaken - until we reach a final agreed proof - then we will go to print.

Whether we are blending in with an existing brand or creating a new one. Logos, colours, fonts to be used id an existing brand or preferred options if a new brand. A sense of their "ideas" and style.
