I met Denise by the end of last year. We were partners at the business course. Instantly we got a connection and I felt safe to share my personal thoughts with her. She is very caring and supporting person with all the understanding you need to speak up about things, you've never spoke before. Denise has been a miracle worker! A few months ago the spectre of panic attacks reared its ugly head again to the point I was scared to leave the house, go to shops etc. This is not "me" and I was despairing of what to do - wanting to avoid medication if possible. And it has been possible - I have improved beyond recognition and have pretty much reclaimed my "normal" life. I could never have achieved this without Denise's amazing skills as a therapist and hypnotherapist. 2016 was a very dismal dark place.

I am not going to lie i had no idea what to expect, i have always found learning about the mind very interesting but the idea of someone actually working on my mind is beyond scary!

My mind is always a jumbled place, like many of us i'm sure, but Denise helped me see clearly. She looked into my sub conscience and helped me see and realise a few things i would never had thought of.

The way my mind thinks about things is so different already after one session - i will be going back for more!

i wish i had gone sooner, my mind is clear and not full of things that were just not required.
