I am a humanistic integrative counsellor and psychotherapist and a bereavement counsellor. I offer 1-2-1 counselling support to adults and teenagers and have a counselling room in the Horley library. My hope is that together we can build a trusting and non judgemental relationship for you to feel safe to explore the issues that concerns you.

What do you love most about your job?
Being on a journey together,while supporting you in your process and in the changes you make for yourself is a war
Counselling is not a job but a difficult journey at times with a personal process that take place in and out of the counselling room. The outcome is one of learning, warmth and personal growth one way or another, should you choose to be open to it.
Someone once shared with me:" you only get back what you put in"
What inspired you to start your own business?
Although mental health is now being taken more seriously, many individuals are still feeling alone, no longer coping and often feeling overwhelmed. Many experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loneliness, grief and to have someone neutral to turn to and to be listened to in a non judgemental way, will hopefully allow you to feel safe. In building a trusting relationship,my hope is that together we can explore at your own pace and slowly learn how to untangle the knots.
I am inspired by the individuals I support, by the journey they take and share with me when they recognise their need for self care by reaching out.
