I highly recommend Tamara und her expertise. I was struggling with phases of low energy and fatigue, especially after workouts. I wondered if i could tackle this with an improved diet. I consulted Tamara and she sent me a detailed nutrition plan and guided me through, explaining why this could for work me, and gave me valuable tips on top I didnt find anywhere else.
