What do you love most about your job?
I am a big fan of neuromuscular relaxation and deep relaxation hypnotherapy, and love seeing how relaxed my clients look and feel after their first couple of sessions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Hi, I’m Ari: founder of Mind Your Health hypnotherapy. My degree in psychology has always kept me open to the amazing ways we can influence our thoughts and habits.
I help people with a range of problems, focussing on issues such as anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, insomnia, pain management, phobias and unhelpful habits as well as relaxation and stress management.
My approach consists of using an integration of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnosis, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Treatment plans are tailored and bespoke to each individual client and their presenting cognitive and behavioural needs.

Since following my passion and qualifying as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, I am a huge advocate of the mind-body connection. I believe with the right therapeutic alliance, individuals can quickly learn to champion their own mind-body connection, given the right tools and interventions to build lasting mental resilience and self-efficacy.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
From the comfort of your home, online sessions are available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
In-person sessions are available every Tuesday at the tranquil setting of Chiltlee Manor in Liphook, Hampshire (with free parking).
For young adults (18 to 25 years old), we also offer discounted sessions priced at £45 per session. Contact Ari directly for student discount & consultation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Taking services solely online during covid.
In addition for clients who need or prefer f2f during covid-19 outside of lock down then social distancing, the use of hand sanitiser entering the practise, disposal PPE face masks
