About

Hi, I am Patricia and a fully qualified and accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life Coach also using Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Parts Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Approaches

I am also Founder of the Kent College of Hypnotherapy founded in 2001 with more than 30 years’ experience as a therapist.

I work with most issues including phobias, anxiety, lack of motivation and stress. I have a particular understanding of issues such as depression, eating disorders, social anxiety, emotional issues relating to relationships and lack of confidence as these are issues that I have personally suffered from in the past and have successfully worked on and I am also always open to new approaches.

I have an interest in sports, staying motivated whatever age you are and working with children with anxiety and autistic spectrum issues. I also love teaching.

I achieved a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with distinction from the British Medical Hypnotherapy Examinations Board and have also been accredited by Professor Mathew when in honorary contract with the Department of Psychosomatic and Behavioural Sciences at Kingswood Mental Health Centre, Maidstone.

I also work with Applied Kinesiology, meridian tapping and management training.

My main aim and purpose is to help encourage people to be more responsible for their health, and emotional wellbeing and to teach hypnotherapy and healing to as many people as possible through courses, books and one to one sessions.
