Mimesh offers hypnotherapy services to address many different problems, including cease smoking, control weight, address fears and phobias, address anxiety, etc. In addition, we offer personalised Dementia Therapy - a course of sessions aimed at alleviating the anxiety/fear/stress that attends people newly diagnosed and to generally seek an improvement in the quality of life.

We also offer BWRT which is an exciting new psychotherapy that addresses all the concerns that hypnotherapy deals with, but much quicker resolution is generally found. Brain Working Recursive Therapy can be a real game changer.

Transformational Coaching is also offered by Mimesh, to help people attain their goals, whether they be in the area of business, sports, lifestyle etc. We work with the client to establish a programme that is achievable and support them throughout, at the same time using hypnotherapy or BWRT dispel obstacles to make the path easier.

Finally, we encourage clients to maintain their improved lifestyle through encouraging the use of Mindfulness, Meditation and Self Hypnosis. In fact, these are the areas that contributed to the name MI ME SH.

Therapy is offered at our premises in Market Harborough, or if the client prefers, on the telephone or via the internet using Skype or Facetime. For people with dementia it is of utmost importance that there is no added stress in terms of introducing a new environment, therefore initial sessions can be conducted at the client's home. Dementia Therapy sessions are aimed at relaxation and calm, and these are also available to carers as much as people with dementia.
