My wife and I have been very pleased with the advice and conveyancing services we have received from Rebecca Ladell and her colleagues. She dealt very professionally with the purchase of our house in Kendal under a long lease a couple of years ago, so we asked her to act again in the slightly unusual case of purchasing the bare freehold underlying the long lease, during which several complications arose.
