We are inspired due to our love for humanity and making a difference in our society.

We genuinely care about people, and based on my experience as a social worker working with vulnerable adults, I understand people's needs and how to keep them safe in their homes and in the community.

We do not provide services online or remotely. We have to be physically present to provide support.

The business started after COVID. However, we know that in a situation like COVID, we would follow all government guidelines as required. We would provide appropriate PPE for staff to reduce the risk of both staff and clients contracting COVID and ensure safety during care interventions.

Services

We support clients with mental health conditions to enable them to live safely and comfortably in their homes and in the community.

We support clients with learning disabilities to live a meaningful and productive life and to keep them safe in the community.

We support clients with physical disabilities in to enable them to live independently and able to do the things that they enjoy in their day-to-day life.

We support with medication administration to ensure safe and appropriate medication administration. We also support clients who self-administer their medication to do this safely through prompt and observe. We order and pick up medication from the pharmacy.

We support with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and changing and making bed.

We support with preparing, cooking and serving meals of choice and adequate fluid intake.

We support with weekly or general shopping of food items or groceries.

We support clients to maintain their tenancy and assist with all correspondence with their landlords such as repairs or support with filling forms, housing application or benefits.

We support clients with social activities of their choice to reduce the risk of social isolation.

We support clients with planning and budgeting their money to reduce the risk of debt and financial difficulties. We also support with signposting to external organisation and help with benefits application.

We assist with personal care such as showering, bathing, washing, creaming, dressing, oral care, grooming and many more. We support clients to maintain a good personal hygiene needs.
