From the moment I made the enquiry, Clare from Millaby Cleaning could not have been more helpful
A prompt email response to my enquiry was followed up the next day with a call to discuss requirements and a date agreed for an initial clean within days
Clare turned up promptly on time and started cleaning straight away. She was conscious of the fact I was WFH and arranged the clean around any possible interuptions that I may have and was as unobtrusive as can be hoped for.
Once complete, I was given a tour of the house and any exclusions pointed out and what comes under a deep clean and further requirements discussed.
Despite wanting a 2 hour clean every fortnight, Clare advised a 3 hour monthly clean would be the better option and talked herself out of an hours work which can be used at a future date for any deep cleans I may require

We have been in business for 3 years and have a variety of clients and are growing daily.

We supply all products and equipment needed to complete the job to a very high standard.

Standard Clean
Weekly or fortnightly clean. This service includes everything you would generally do yourself to maintain the order and cleanliness of your home/work.
Things not included are ovens, fridges, cupboards or washing up.
Deep Clean
This service is the same as the standard but, as you'd imagine, we go deeper. Fridges and cupboards are cleaned alongside a deeper clean in the "wet" rooms dealing with limescale and mold removal and inside of windows as well. Furniture may be moved to clean under items such as a sofa and chairs.
Oh, and don't forget the inside of your microwave!
Moving Out Clean
We would expect that your house is empty for this service and we have free access. All surfaces, carpets, inside the windows, tops of doors, skirting, etc will be left in the best condition possible and ready to get your bond back. Please note we do not shampoo carpets or clean ovens and this will require a specialist company.
Office Cleaning
This service is for vacuuming, bin emptying, toilet cleaning, and a kitchen if you have one. We will make sure that all cups etc are washed up and left on the draining board ready for your first coffee of the day.
Restaurant/Café Clean
This service is for vacuuming/mopping all floors, and fully detailed toilets including urinals, bowls, sinks, and mirrors.
Chairs and any contact surfaces will be wiped down for example door handles and push plates
