Amazing value for money.I had no experience of Middleton's before I was offered a house valuation via Rightmove. I had already checked out my favourite online, hybrid and traditional estate agents and wasn't sure which way to go. Middleton's offered all the benefits of a traditional agent at a price to match the online pay up front ones.Being very sceptical I asked loads of questions before signing up thinking it sounds too good to be true.They sold my house quickly for the best price achievable and helped with processing the sale. I just want to say a massive thankyou to Amanda Irish she has been absolutely fabulous in sorting my letting for me. I walked into middletons on Tuesday 20th August looking for a pet friendly property that we could move into straight away. She found me the ideal property that met all my requirements and instructed me on what to do moving forward. We corresponded by phone and email and on the Friday she confirmed that all the relevant paperwork had been completed and that I could collect the keys on Tuesday 27th August to move in. I can't recommend Middletons enough!Julie and the team have been absolutely incredible during my house move from first point of sale to listing and viewings and everything in between, even when faced with difficult solicitors and problems (none down to Middletons) and i fully credit that i have actually been able to move house down to their hard work, dedication and clear communication out of my entire chain i feel like Middletons had the most professional and helpful input (i had to talk to a lot of estate solicitors and estate agents) with almost immediate response times and more than often going way above and beyond to get the best and most efficient result. We cannot recommend them highly enough and would like to thank the whole team for helping us sell our house and move into our dream home A special mention to Hazel Turfitt, whose experience in estate agents made her stand out during the challenging times and where complex issues arose. So competent and professional where I’m sad to say other agents in the chain of 7 failed.
