I provide an on-line architectural design and advice service for residential and commercial projects. Using digital communication like Skype and cloud storage clients will have access to their project documents at all times. However I will go on site when required for surveys, inspections, official meetings etc. .. For long distance projects, clients can save on survey costs by providing photographs or taking simple measurements. I work with my clients to create and agree a delivery programme and I ensure that they are happy before we move to next stage each stage.
With over 25 years experience in architectural practice and local authority offices I will provide you with a fast and effective service at the right price for you. Whether it's simple planning advice, house extension or a 20 house development I have the means to deliver your project and working online keeps costs down and speed-up approval and communication processes.

Measured site Survey £150 - £350 (depending on complexity)
Outline design scheme for client approval £250 (includes meeting with client)
Basic set of drawings for Planning Permission £350
Basic set of drawings for Building Warrant £350
Structural engineer's calculations priced separately
Detail design and construction documents £600
Site inspection & report (per visit) £150 - £250 (generally 3 visits are sufficient)

Other Services (when used separately from above)
General Design and planning advice £35 / hour
Negotiations and representation to local authorities £45 / hour (includes travel)
Project/Construction Management 1% - 3% of project cost (depending on size)
Interior Design and space planning (£tba)
