What inspired you to start your own business?
Gain Care Limited was born from a mental health professional background and the challenge to help hospitals reduce bed occupation with people who really want to be nursed and cared for in their own homes.

We provide live services in people's homes but there are times when we are consulted remotely and we respond to the needs as they come. Our ROTA and quality monitoring and reporting systems are electronic. These are also accessible to our clients based on a password system that protects client data.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We operated a very successful public health control system, based on adequate PPE, controls and reporting systems.
