Home & Domiciliary Care
Fof the first month it was great, then had several different carers with no experience of care, meds or dementia care going into my father on training.
I had specifically asked for experienced carers with knowledge of dementia. Poor communication skills when filling in care notes on an app.
Several different drivers taking carers to calls and waiting outside, often turning up to over an hour early for the care call causing concern and anxiety.
Concerned if the drivers were DBS checked ..... sadly not very professional 😔

What do you love most about your job?
At MF Healthcare Limited we pride our self in satisfying our service users and their loved ones. We especially enjoy supporting people to maintain their health and wellbeing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
MF Healthcare Limited was started by a dedicated experience nurse who has a passion for caring for people. Having worked many years in NHS hospitals I have seen many admissions that could have been avoided had the right support been available in the community. It is with this in mind that MF Healthcare Limited was started. We aim to support people in the community to reduce unnecessary admissions to hospitals, provide needed respite care for loved ones and support a safe and timely discharge from hospital. We know that people strive better in their own home and at MF Healthcare Limited we aim to support people in their own home to maintain a healthy and fulfilling life style.

At MF Healthcare Limited our staff are caring, passionate and professional at all times. Staff are fully trained to provide personal care to individuals and at all times work in the ethos of shared decision making. This ensures our service users are listened to and take control of their lives. We also work very closely with family and love ones to provide the right support. There is always a qualified nurse available for support staff, family and service users to contact for advice. All service users are reviewed at least once per month or more often where required by a qualified nurse. We liaise very closely with other health and social care partners involved in our service user's care. Our service user is always at the heart of what we do, this is why we continually make changes to how we provide support to our service users.

MF Healthcare Limited can be contacted 24 hours per day via the phone. The 24 hours number will be given to service users who require this support as per agreed support plan.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff wear PPE when providing care.
Staff are tested for covid-19 as per government guidelines.
Staff who are symptomatic are advised not to be at work.
Staff have had training in the use of PPE and Infection Control.
Staff are encouraged to have their covid vaccines.
Supported Living
Provide care and support in a home that is shared. People are from age 18+ who may have a diagnosis of mental health or learning disability. We provide support with a range of tasks such as medication, 1:1 support, shopping and daily tasks.
Home Care
Provide care and support in people's home. This includes waking nights, sleep in nights, living care and daily home visits. We support individuals with personal care such as medication, washing, shopping, meal preparation and incontinence.
