I'd certainly recommend the Basildon branch to all children to learn self defence and to enjoy themselves, the instructor of the class is Sifu Craig who I've been working with for at least 7 years and is a very enthusiastic teacher to everybody and helps out a lot.

He is a fantastic martial artist and is doing an excellent job in passing on his skills and knowledge to others. I've also assisted in coaching some of his childrens classes. They are fun and well managed, the children remain focused, learn loads and leave with improved confidence and self defence skills. Highly recommended!! More...
