What do you love most about your job?
Offering individualised care in a caring and compassionate way. Also being able to make a difference in someone's life. Additionally, the ability to work collaboratively with service users, their family and our stalk holders in delivering high quality care.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having had our own experiences of receiving and delivering care we thought we might as well provide care which is not mediocre but high quality. We also want to put our service users at the forefront and ensure their voices, choices and preferences are heard.

Our main agenda at MemoryJane Healthcare Limited is to make Person-Centered ethos an integral part of what we represent. We aim to provide the best care we can for our Service Users and to assist them in being able to live fulfilling lives.

We cannot provide our services online as our clients need to be visited on a daily basis.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid and Infection Control protocols will be followed as prescribed by the Department of Health and Local Authorities. PPE will be provided for all staff who provide care under MemoryJane Healthcare Limited. Covid Testing of staff will be as per the Department of Health advise.

This might involve assistance with clothing, nail and skin care, continence management, catheter/stoma care, and other personal hygiene tasks including bathing, showering, hair washing, grooming, shaving, and dental/oral hygiene.

Our team will ascertain the client’s specific pharmaceutical needs before delivering a service designed to remember and prompt the client to take their meds, ensuring the proper amount is taken, and maintain a record of all daily drugs delivered.
With the knowledge that their medications are being taken correctly and at the appropriate times of day, this will provide our customers and their loved ones peace of mind.
Shopping, Cooking, & Healthy Eating
The ability to buy for food, clothing, and other necessities preserves our sense of independence and fulfillment, yet occasionally we require assistance. MemoryJane Care is able to help you with all of your purchasing needs. We provide the following as part of our shopping aid service:
Escorted Services – A staff member can accompany clients who are ambulatory on shopping outings, helping with heavy purchases as needed. A terrific option for a scene shift and social contact is shopping.
Home Delivery: Based on a shopping list, a staff member will bring the necessary groceries to your door.
Online shopping: Customers who are unsure about their ability to complete orders alone online might receive assistance.
Palliative Care
We offer palliative care with the sensitivity and compassion that you and your loved ones require since we are aware of how incredibly difficult a person’s stay in this type of care can be.
Since we are aware of the significant impact that caring employees can make to you and your loved ones, we always supply them.
Live-in Care
With our live-in care service, you can relax knowing that your loved one is receiving round-the-clock assistance from a resident caregiver in the security and familiarity of their own home.
Your loved one’s MemoryJane live-in caregiver will offer ongoing assistance based on his or her particular needs.
