Finding your ideal tenant
We use open rent to advertise your property. I conduct viewings myself and screen tenants based on several factors including suitability for the property in question.
We clean the property, conduct viewings, create schedule of conditions/starting inventory's and create tenancy agreements. All within a very short timeframe to assure your property is not empty for longer than necessary.
During the tenancy we will conduct 6 monthly inspections and inform of any relevant repairs that need to be carried out. We don't just stop there we will help you find the cheapest quote from a contractor with the best quality of work if required.
We believe in quality of life and have been recommended as the perfect substitute for all your property needs.
Maintenance
We will inform of any work required on our clients property. If required we will gather quotations and expertise from our trusted contractors.
Depending on the level of involvement our client would want to participate in the property management aspect. A full breakdown will be provided of what each contractor deems fit to bring the property to a reasonable standard. A decision can then be made in accordance.
