After just one session mel has made me realise if I push myself I can do it and not to give up. Mel has made me think about what I'm going to eat as well as giving me the right exercises to do to get to where I want to be!
Mel is very professional in what she does.

I have been having weekly sessions with Mel for 5 months and I have really enjoyed them, the exercises are tailored to my individual needs and I have really noticed a difference since starting. Mel is great at offering advice about food and exercise and always keeps in touch throughout the week to see how I'm doing. Recently a note came trough my door regarding personal training. Never ever did I think I'd need someone to help me. Firstly, I've never bothered about weight and secondly I'd been ok with doing a few netball games and dog walks here and there.
