What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact I can help others with their general health helping them to gain the confidence they desire with a changed mindset/lifestyle
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fitness many years ago helped me when I myself was in a very low state. Learning how the body works and also the benefits fitness gives you mentally alongside the physical is absoultely amazing.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have online taught my clients until it was safe to have them back in the gym this worked perfectly as they was still able to work towards their goal this is why online is so perfect.
