Media Support Services can help get your business noticed in all the right ways. Our bespoke promotional films come in all shapes and sizes – from the splendour of an aerial shoot, to documentary style filming that can feature employee interviews, facilities & products.

We edit our films in-house to your exact specifications and end use, providing short and long edits for website and digital marketing purposes. If you require a longer film, for example a series of training videos, we can make that happen.

Our packages are all tailor-made and can include multi-site filming from the ground and in the air, with captions, graphics and music of your choice. The audio content is professionally recorded and tweaked so the video sounds as good as it looks.

Our fully-trained and insured operators can take films and photographs of your home or commercial property, zooming in on damaged areas and showing all the detail in amazing 4K. The films and still photographs can be reviewed straight away with you or your building team. Alternatively, they can be sent back to you via email, all on the same day. This is the no-hassle, cost-effective way to get accurate results and clear evidence of any damage or wear and tear.

We can assess storm and flood damage, make detailed surveys of agricultural land, ditches, archaeological or building sites, waterways and boundaries too.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FILMING
We work with property developers and estate agents, producing aerial footage of commercial and private properties and their grounds. The films are fully edited and can include logos, captions and other useful information. We also offer ‘walk-through’ films showing the interior of buildings, an additional marketing tool for busy estate agents. Professionally filmed & edited property films can add that extra wow factor. PRIVATE PROPERTY FILMING
An Englishman’s (or woman’s!) home is their castle… so how about having yours captured for prosperity? At Media Support Services we offer bespoke films and photographic services, perfect as a gift for the person that literally has everything, or maybe for someone moving into their new or first home. We can capture your house, the grounds and garden or feature details, editing your very own ‘home video’. If you would like music or captions we can add these into the edit, presented to you on a memory stick to keep forever. A wonderful way to see your world from above in high resolution 4K or HD film.

The team at Media Support Services are keen sports fans and there is nothing we enjoy more than getting outside to film at stadiums and events. We have been allowed on the hallowed turf (for Posh fans of course!) that is the Peterborough United ABAX Stadium and have taken footage at the fabulous Zeeco Stadium, home of Stamford AFC. Supporting Whitby Town F.C., one of our favourite Yorkshire towns, it was only natural to attend and capture ‘The Seasiders’ at their home – The Towbar Express Stadium.

In recent years we have filmed new gym facilities, golf courses to show potential customers a preview of each hole, got down and dirty with motocross bikes on Skegness beach, and filmed squad training and drills to help with review and feedback purposes.

There is literally no limit to the sports we can capture, from Athletics to Zumba, we relish the challenge of filming the passion, grit and skill of sport. EQUESTRIAN SHOWCASES
We couldn’t mention sport films without a ‘heads-up’ to our equine friends. Coming from a family of keen horse riders we are familiar with all kinds of equestrian sport.

Our team have filmed family rides on the beach – perfect for those of you who are bored of the ‘traditional’ family portrait. Why not commission a family beach or summer meadow film instead? Bring everyone along… horses, children, the family dog, and have an epic film made of you riding along an equine-friendly beach or through a summer meadow. The films can include a mix of ground and aerial-based footage and our Sports Action Body-cam to give a real feel of all the action.

We have also been lucky enough to film equestrian centres and commercial yards. If you own a racing yard, are a budding eventer, show jumper or dressage rider, and would like your stables & horses filmed, then get in touch. Our films can be used for marketing purposes, to show facilities to potential clients or just to keep memories for prosperity.

At Media Support Services we have always invested in our technology to ensure we have the latest drones, to use alongside our professional standard ground-based equipment. Our new drone is so small you can literally fit it into the palm of your hand, and comes equipped with a high specification camera, delivering full HD or 4K footage.

With this range of top-end kit at our disposal we can capture public and private gardens and attractions in all their glory. Combining our sky and ground-based footage really does offer an amazing perspective. We have even seen one of our promo films supporting the owners to win a prestigious business award! At Media Support Services we work with you to produce a film you will be proud of. Our garden and landscape films are always admired on our own social media as we capture a real essence of time and place. The ultimate marketing content to get your location noticed.

Our films provide prospective parents and pupils the perfect insight into a college, school, university, community project or nursery. We can illustrate location and facilities by air, then zoom in and use ground-based footage to ‘dig deeper’ and showcase classrooms, labs, sports facilities and boarding houses.

If an establishment would like to include staff interviews we can offer this service. Using a small discreet lapel microphone, the audio is clearly recorded and professionally edited.

The team at Media Support Services enjoys working with local and national projects, helping them to promote new initiatives, facilities and events. We have worked extensively with many local Lincolnshire projects and further afield. Getting to know people, what they do, and how they support their local communities is such a rewarding part of our job, and one we relish. To date, our more unusual projects have included:

In Summer 2020, we produced a series of not-for-profit films in locations on the North Yorkshire coast. We collaborated closely with Scarborough Borough Council, and a local events company, to produce a Sunrise to Sunset production promoting local DJ’s and the stunning heritage coast.

Working with South Holland District Council, who commissioned a series of promotional films about the market town of Long Sutton, highlighting things like sports & leisure facilities, the many churches and the Friday Market.

Covering charity events such as the Deeping Raft Race, Deeping Duck Race, Whitby Lions Colour Run and the Long Sutton Men’s Shed, a mental health support group for men.

During the 2020 Covid-19 lockdown we made community interest films that focused on promoting the ‘Clap for Carers’ initiative and highlighting key workers & facilities such as Royal Mail and Covid Testing Centres.

Collaborating with other film production companies, such as ‘Dippy Egg Productions’, making a stunning documentary about the work of the RNLI.

Filming areas of interest and tourist attractions, such as the stunning English coastline & holiday parks and attractions such as Bondville Model Village.
