Derek and Jan were incredible and so accommodating for our wedding. Back in March 2022. Their price was extremely reasonable for what we received and the end product was perfect. They kept in touch with us before the wedding and while editing, keeping us up to date with the progress and when we could expect the finished video. The USB stick came in the cutest bag too. On the day we had Derek and Michael who were both fantastic, funny & kept us at ease, not only that they braved the very cold&frosty conditions without a complaint to capture our day. We would love to say how much we could recommend media images for doing our wedding videography. At first due to budget we didn’t really think about a videographer but we are so glad we did. The service we received was well and truly over and above what we expected. I am so glad that we booked Media images, even a few months down the line we can sit watching our video( dvd) and remember our amazing day, we still see bits in the video that we didn’t see on the day or remember from the day. We will always be grateful for the gift that we have received by being able to relive our memories when ever we want. Massive thanks to Derek and Blair for filming our wedding on the 24th June. They were very subtle and unobtrusive throughout the day and even my mum who was nervous about being filmed said she didn't even notice the cameras and is so glad we decided to have a videographer.
We have seen the preview and it looks amazing so can't wait to see the full version.

What do you love most about your job?
Variety... One day we will be filming a beautiful wedding, sharing the special day with the couple and the next day we could be filming a music video or a sports event or performing aerial inspections of a magnificent church roof. All our staff appreciate the trust that couples put in us to film every magic moment of their special day, but also the vast variety that a professional videography team may preform.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for various 'part-time' videography companies in the early and mid 90's , I realised the potential that working full-time could bring.. having dedicated video editing staff, dedicated videographers.. a faster production time with higher levels of filming from skilled staff. With the vast advancement of digital recording and the change from linear editing to non-linear (digital) editing in the late 90's most video companies were simply working with trial and error with the new options available... no training, no staff skills opportunities. I didn't want to follow everyone else with equipment 5years out of date, I wanted cutting edge options.. So Media Images Videography was formed.. we now have the latest 4k equipment, 4k drones, remote recording.. staff training programs, full-time editing and videography staff. I now have the quality staff and equipment to provide customers with outstanding results.
