I have 5 properties in Harborne and over the years I have been using MECS as my letting agency and have been very pleased with the service. The team are fantastic and on numerours occasions Sami the proprietor has taken his time out personally over the phone with some honest, helpful, accurate, aiding, professional advice for me. Though my thanks, praise, gratification and recognition is to their Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator Ryan Beaumont. Credit is due to here as his sourcing abilities with finding quality tenants are fast, professional, reliable & efficient. Fantastic letting agency, highly recommend. Let with them in 1 bedroom apartment near Brindleyplace Birmingham... any problems I had with the flat repairs etc were very swiftly and quickly resolved. Nearly 7 years of let’s

We have let our flat through mecs for nearly 7 years now. The service offered by Hayley and sami is friendly and helpful there have been no significant gap between tenancies. Hayley has even organised updates to specification of the flat as a result of changes to landlord responsibility. A particularly pleasing element is the work to ensure no downtime between lets. After having a disastrous experience and having no sale still after a year with another estate agents (shipways). I decided to change to MECS. It was the best decision. After just one week up for sale I had two decent offers on my property and excepted the highest.

Sami and his team are brilliant. Not only do they know the Harborne , Barewood, Edgbaston markets intricately but they also can answer all of those questions about best primary schools, secondary schools, local religious services and communities even where the best parent & toodler groups are . Sami works in Harborne but more importantly he lives there also so he can answer all these questions 1st hand. Not so much an estate agent more of a community hub. Great guy who takes lots of the stress out of either moving house, finding a tenant or somewhere to rent. I've been looking for a suitable 2 bed property near city centre for quite a while now. I have registered my interest with few other letting agents in the area, however since I registered with Sami at MECS, they have been very responsive and helpful in sending me details of suitable properties in the area.
