How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
First of all need to check the exiting walls and need to check if there is any dump.

To make side garage into room, it must be insulated. Because old houses has no cavity into walls .
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
First of all need to check the height of the loft . If height is less then its not possible for conversion. Minimum height you need is 2.3m from existing ceiling joist.

As we need to start loft conversion ,firstly we make floor according to plan . Its aslo work as safty , so we can stand and do the rest of work. Then make outer shell . And make it water tight. After that all interior work starts.
