I offer face to face, 1:1, Psychotherapy and Counselling in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire. I work with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, anger, self esteem issues, relationship issues, bereavement, trauma, sexual and emotional abuse. My fee starts at £40 per session.

If you feel counselling is the next step for you I offer an initial thirty minute session for free to allow you to ask any questions and get a feel for whether or not I am the right therapist for you.

I am a member of the BACP. I adhere to their ethical framework and I offer face to face, 1:1, Psychotherapy and Counselling.
