I have issues with the management. Cleaning and cleaners are lovely but times are chopped and changed last minute making it very inconvenient. I even accepted that because of Covid, until I paid for a clean that was cancelled last minute. I messaged to say I’d paid because it’s a direct debit. No answer. I stopped the next direct debit payment to balance it off with the next clean. I got an immediate reply to say that I hadn’t paid. Sent a screenshot to say I had mentioned the extra payment and was told but still I should have said to balance the books. When I had paid extra I was ignored. And somehow the books balanced then but when I balanced the payment by holding the direct debit the books didn’t balance!!! Funny that? I noticed another review where someone paid a deposit and was messaging repeatedly to get it back. This is not on. Why would you take someone’s money , not provide a service and ignore them when they ask for their money back!!! Not acceptable! More...

I have been chasing my deposit (£40) since April after I wasn’t given a date for my end of tenancy clean. Any messages I send via messenger or what’sapp being ignored. It’s a lot of money not to be returned. We’ve all had it hard the past year and should show people the respect and dignity we want in return. What can I say. End of tenancy clean in our 3 bedroom house was unbelievable, the full house looks brand new and ready for the next tenant. Thought we'd need to buy a new oven but the girls have it looking brand new. Then on to a new tenancy cpean in a flat, again outstanding. The attention to detail is unreal. Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we do :) we do however ask our clients to provide a Hoover and mop and bucket but if this is not possible that’s ok :) we can arrange
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and looking at our clients faces when they see the difference we have made to their home and their life’s
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a nurse for 9 years and I wanted to have a family. 12-14 hour shifts didn’t accommodate a family life. Now I have the best of both worlds abs I love it

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Due to being a nurse I follow all guidelines, we are fast track tested twice a week. We wear full PPE. We are trained to infectious control, Covid -19 guidelines which can be shown when doing our initial visit
