I was locked out a couple of days ago , I called a local locksmith in Maidstone , he came out within 30 mins , and got us in no problem, I asked him to upgrade my lock , he sorted this with minimal fuss , will use mckenz-key locksmith if I ever need a locksmith again

I can highly recommend this Company.
My patio door would not lock so l sat up all night until l could ring someone. My daughter contacted Paul early in the morning and he came straight out assessed the situation, explained everything he could do and secured the door, ordered parts, and did exactly what he said he would.
He came back today and fitted the broken part. Paul texted me to let me know he had the part and text to say he was on his way. I am so impressed with the service l received. l am getting on in years and he made me feel he cared and that he wanted to help make me secure and safe. For that l would like to say a BIG THANK YOU what a fantastic and first class service.

Had lock stock out to change all my locks as I had just moved in. He was very tidy ,pleasant young man didn't over charge and had all the locks i needed with him except for one but came back with it within 1 hour but kept me updated. Very happy with the work :)
