I was dreading the whole process of getting a mortgage and Pat made it far easier than i thought it would be. He give me advice before applying and then was able to get me approved without any hassle. What do you love most about your job?
We love helping first time buyers get on the property ladder and into their new home, which is a very exciting time for them. We also enjoy helping those with deals currently coming to an end with options on what to do next as some lenders are better than others when it comes to negotiating new rates and that's when advice is crucial
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to offer my clients advice from the whole of the mortgage market and not be restricted with just one lender or insurer. Running my own business enables me to source great deals for clients from right across the mortgage market
