9/11/2020 Micheal and his apprentice Dave came to service our boiler and fire. They arrived at the time they said they would and both wore masks at all times and also removed shoes when entering our home. They serviced both the boiler and fire without any problems, they also brought dust sheets and cleaned up after themselves. What inspired you to start your own business?
Michael qualified as a plumbing and heating engineer in 2005 and began to build his experience working with colleagues in the trade. He worked for British Gas for a number of years where he undertook extensive training and rigorous assessment processes. Knowing that he could offer better value by working for customers directly he set up MB Heating Solutions in 2008. He now manages his team of expert Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating engineers to serve the people of Yorkshire. His highly skilled team provide a complete service covering all aspects of installation, maintenance and repair of both plumbing and heating. The service plans he provides give customers the peace of mind to know their home is taken care of by local experts 24/7.
Michael has a passion for providing five star customer service by taking a personal approach. Rather than relying on automated quotes, Michael believes in talking to customers to understand their individual needs.
