Contrary to what others have written, I would like to say that my experience with the Mayfair Venue was amazing, and in simpler terms, easy! I had my wedding at the beginning of April, and from the moment my family and I had arrived for the viewing up until the very end, the service received was second to none. Upon booking the venue, Juel had been my go-to person for all my queries. His patience and accommodating nature made everything that much more easy for me whilst I planned my wedding. However, closer to my event, Jazz had taken over, who was equally brilliant and helpful! Jazz literally had all the solutions to any issues! And on the day of my wedding, he had turned up to manage my event - He had informed me beforehand that he would not be able to do so. But what a pleasant surprise. I could not have been happier with my choice of venue. And getting to know Juel and Jazz was an additional bonus! I wish them nothing but the best. A massing thank you once again for everything! My wedding reception was held here a few days ago and it went so smoothly. The food was beyond fantastic we received so many compliments over the food and the efficiency of the service provided. The venue’s management staff went out of their way to accommodate us in every way possible and constantly reassured us and our families. Would definitely recommend this venue for any type of event!! Staff are amazing, especially the manager who helped us when the DJ was late!!

We had my mother in laws 80th birthday here. It went fabulously and cannot fault Jewel and his staff for making it a party to remember.
There were all age groups there and no bad feedback from any of them!
The parking was more than ample with venue parking as well as a pay and display just opposite the rear of the venue (100 yard walk).
I have genuinely experienced a wonderful venue in east London (romford) that I will use in future and certainly recommend to others!

My little sisters wedding was held at the Mayfair Venue. It was perfect for the amount of guests we wanted. The venue was clean and free of dust.
The toilets were kept clean and tidy throughout the event (very important!)
The management are absolutely brilliant!!! They made sure everything was kept under control and they were always there whenever I needed something. Highly recommended!!

Good spacious hall for around 600 people.
The interior decoration is good - it is fairly modern with the lighting and sound system which can be combined for a great ambiance.
However, the one hall I visited didn't seem to have good arrangements for gender segregation which some people would like to have.
But it did have free parking at the rear which is always great, albeit there were limited spaces.
Overall - decent hall but may not be suitable for very large sizes or people who want gender segregation.

An amazing venue with excellent interior with facilities across the place. The service from day one has been 5* especially from the one and only JAS.
Jas made my booking very easy and allowed my caterers to come and do their job without causing any delays.

Everything on the day went really smoothly, the venue is very large & spacious so there is a lot to play with! The Decor Company (AR Signatures) did a fantastic job with their floral theme and top table decor, everyone complimented the decor and food.
Shelim who is the manager of Pride of Asia catering service went out of his way to make sure the food was up to scratch. I did taste my own wedding food and i must say the food was perfect especially the lamb curry, everyone who attending my wedding complimented the food and especially the lamb curry! Thank you all!
