In regards to a weekly cleaning job:
Communication has been good with Maya and they have been open and responsive to queries and requests.
The cleaner has done a good job on a large 4 bedroom house. She worked diligently and completed the clean in 4 hours without a break and put a lot of effort into her clean. She was friendly, however she didn't speak much english so communication was more difficult.
Maya were able to translate for initial meet and we were able to communicate using phone apps and my rudimentary Spanish.
I hope to continue with the cleaner on a weekly basis at a 2 hour rate per week for maintenance cleaning.

We started with home improvements, about 2 years ago, we can do whole renovations and we added cleaning to our portfolio as well

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use disposable gloves/masks and ensure to ask if a costumer is vulnerable to proceed accordingly.
