We love to make a difference in peoples lives. We always make it about the person and we find this very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in care industry since 2001, We thought this was the perfect opportunity to give back what has been invested into us by various organisations and local authorities.

Our Director has over 2 decades of experience. Collectively we have also managed various departments in Adult Social Care, and as such, we have the training, knowledge, and uphold our core values.
Our staff work in a person-centered way, upholding independence and choice. We treat everyone as an individual and promote dignity, and privacy whilst protecting them from harm and abuse. All our staff are adequately trained and experienced as well as DBS checked and we are CQC registered.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We encourage staff to be vaccinated, and PPE is mandatory, and it is provided for by the company.
