Cancelled at last minute and is refusing to refund us.
We booked Max for a Corporate Event and paid up front in good faith.
1 hour before the event Max cancelled claiming he had been in contact with someone with COVID and sent us a test result dated several weeks ago as "proof".
Since then he has evaded any contact and not refunded the money paid, the only correspondence we had was him offering to refund it partially (which is completely unacceptable). Despite that offer, no refund has transpired and we are forced to go the legal route.
We would not recommend to anyone, our company event went without a photographer and we are out of pocket.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I can't sit still, I love being up and about. Finding my dads old camera at the age of 10 was the best thing I ever did!
